Facilities

Located on approx. 5 acres, we have all your needs taken care of.  Our 11,250 Sq. Foot Main Building includes 2500 Sq. Feet of Office Space and 8,750 Sq. Feet of fully heated & air conditioned insulated shop area.  There are two - 5 ton cranes located in this area.  We have 4 - Bay covered parking area attached to offices.  There is also an additional 270 Sq. Foot Shop Office & Storage on the south end.

In the back is Building D, a 18,000 Sq. Foot Shop with 36' side walls.  It includes Two - 10 ton cranes,  Two - 20 ton cranes and Two - 40 ton cranes.  This building is large enough to handle virtually any size project.  Offices for this shop are 1200 Sq. Feet.

We also have 2 Storage Warehouses - 8,000 Sq. Foot Warehouse B on right with 1,000 Sq. Feet of additional storage in an upper deck.  Warehouse B has 2800 Sq. Foot of purchasing offices and  a caged tool room.  The smaller warehouse is 1,000 Sq. Foot.

Over 110,000 Sq. Feet of 6" concreted parking and hard storage fully security fenced.  In the rear of the complex is a gas line for generator start up and testing for up to 30 megawatt units. 

Across the street is our new 10 acre large packaging facility.  This building is approx. 70,000 Sq. Feet.  We have over 350,000 pounds of lifting capacity.  Six - 40 ton cranes, Eight - 10 ton cranes AND Two - 80 TON cranes!!!  Here we have an additional 5000 Sq. Foot of office space.   Gas lines are in the process of being installed for generator testing and start up.
